MONDAY 15 NOVEMBER Hi not a lot to report today with the FTSE managing to gain a moderate 23.5 points... So FTSE up = portfolio down, although only about £3-4 which is not exactly catastrophic. Also, to be fair, 2 new contracts executed today which were: BERKELEY MINERALS (opening price 7.001 @ £5/point, non-guaranteed stop of 4) VICTORIA GAS AND OIL PLC (opening price 6.364 @ £10/point, guaranteed stop of 3.3) Both of these contracts are showing small profits of 0.29p and £3.37 respectively so can't really complain... One stop out today: VATUKOULA GOLD MINES PLC for a loss of -£3.68, no real sweat as this was a bit of a punt anyway. Best performer of the day was TT ELECTRONICS PLC with a very modest rise of 1.75 points! More ups than downs amongst the rest but, unfortunately, the 'downs' were bigger, if you see what I mean... Anyway FUNDS are £1010, profit £250. Maybe tomorrow will be a bit perkier? Cheers, Big Al |
