well SOUND OIL has come to my rescue and gained 20% on the day! This equated to around £350 gain, and so my portfolio is starting to look a lot healthier, at least for the moment.

I opened an 8th contract in SOUND today and this immediately went into profit; I also opened a tentative new contract in RANGE RESOURCES, and this also went straight into profit...(you may remember I had an 11 x contract stop out in this share which netted around £600-700 ish).

I'm now back up to 20 open positions of which 13 are in profit. So far, so good - fingers crossed for another reasonable day tomorrow..

Account funds £2450 (sigh of relief after recent catastrophic falls!)...
