WEDNESDAY 17 NOVEMBER Hi well marginally better day today with the FTSE grudgingly gaining 10 points or so... My portfolio also fared slightly better although the reds still outnumbered the greens. On a positive note best performers were IQE PLC (up 1 point to 42.25); TT ELECTRONICS PLC (up 3.75 points to 168); ENCORE OIL PLC (up 3 points to 118). On the down side my pyramid positions in ELEMENTIS PLC (x 5) all stopped out for a total gain of £18 - somewhat disappointing but a profit is a profit as they say... oh yes, sadly my remaining contract in AVOCET MINING stopped out for a loss of -£13.97, so swings and roundabouts I suppose... Only other news is DOMINION PETROLEUM LTD executed at 5.05 @ £8/point and is currently just 0.36p down - can't argue with that! FUNDS £830 giving a profit of just £70 as we speak...
