Hi again not much to say today other than a slight improvement yesterday; it may be just a stay of execution or (hopefully) the small beginnings of a general upwards trend - who knows? Feeling slightly more optimistic, though not quite sure why; I just feel like I've turned a corner and that trends will generally be more positive in the coming weeks... Also I'm much more chilled and philosophical about spread betting than I used to be - well it's either that or just pack it all in (which I'm not prepared to do at the moment).
