Hi Guys 'n' Gals,

I fancy trying a stock pick service from the US from a guy called Jason Bond who I have heard some good reviews about. Trouble is, he uses an oversold technique on small to medium sized US companies that are not listed on my current brokers platform. Does anyone know of any Brokers I can use in the UK that has these type of companies. I have had Interactive Brokers recommended to me but after looking at their website, I'm not sure if they even offer a spreadbetting account.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Dave.

IG cover a fairly wide selection, have a look through this list to see if they have what you want:

Thanks offthelip,

I've checked your list with the companies mentioned on this video and none are included in IGindex unfortunately - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GrgTZhuNvFg

The companies are:

Geron Corporation - (GERN)
Vantage Drilling Company (VTG)
Rite Aid Corp (RAD)
FuelCell (FCEL)
Avinar Pharmaceuticals (AVNR)
Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. (ALSK)

Kind Regards

Dave.

If you have found that none of them are in the list, I would suspect that you will not find any SB company that will cover them all. Since SB is not legal in the US there are no companies doing a lot of business over there. So if you really want to follow this stock picking service you will need to do it through a regular stock broker who offers US shares. Since the service was an oversold stock picking service I assume it is a long only stock pick, so buying the shares should work. It does mean you have to put up a bit more capital.

Thanks offthelip,

I don't fancy the share buying option so will give up on the stock pick idea. Back to the technical analysis route.

Cheers.
