fairly down day all around and my portfolio suffered the expected retrace/consolidation; my funds are down just over £200 today. Had this happened 6 months ago I would have been frantic with worry, but I'm not concerned because I've become accustomed to the vagaries of spread betting and the markets. I wouldn't bet my pension on it but I'm fairly certain my portfolio will recoup these losses over the next two days...

No stop outs today and my 5th pyramid in SOUND OIL executed (another £50/point contract). Actually to say most of my positions were red today I'm really pleased that my account funds didn't fall further than they did. In fact 95% of my losses today were because RANGE RESOURCES fell back 2 points on retrace/profit taking (whatever), and this equated to £200! Hopefully I will regain most of this tomorrow...
