another grim day i'm afraid but I just have to be philosophical about it...way things are going I might not be here in a few weeks! Account funds are down to a pitiful £1200; thank God I took out £600 recently otherwise I would be feeling depressed...

No stop outs today but quite a few contracts are edging ever nearer; if things don't start improving soon I might be saying goodbye to spread betting after just a year - but I hope not; the next few weeks will tell...
